Support

At R&B we understand that working safely and effectively can only be achieved by selecting the right people and providing them with the right skills to do the job.

Training Support Services
Clear communication and understanding between site managerment and the crane operator ensures optimum performance is achieved. It is for this reason that we have developed a range of training courses and crane awareness workshops that meet the needs of the entire construction team.

At the core of our approach is our commitment to nurturing and developing competence in the operation, supervision and management of the use of Self Erecting and Top Slewing Remote Control Tower Cranes.

Operator Services

While many customers find that our operator training courses are very good value, on their complex projects they prefer to use an operator with more experience.

All of our operators have extensive experience of working on the range of SETCs we offer and bring with them valuable knowledge of how to obtain the best and safest performance from our cranes.

For further details please contact Doug Rose.

Tip:
It can prove very cost effective on crane hires of 6-10 weeks or when you don't have the time to train your own personnel.
